Upon Receiving Your Order

We kindly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.

To assist us in resolving any concerns swiftly and fairly, we encourage clients to record an uninterrupted unboxing video while opening their package. This simple step helps us verify transit-related issues and ensures a smoother resolution process should assistance ever be required.

For concerns relating to:

  • Transit damage

  • Missing items

  • Manufacturing defects

an unedited unboxing video may be requested as supporting documentation.

The recording should begin prior to opening the outer shipping package and continue until the contents are fully revealed.

If Something Is Not Quite Right

Creations Not Eligible for Return

Replacement products may occasionally differ in price due to changes in material costs, precious metal prices, gemstone values, production costs, or collection availability.

Refunds

Where a return request is approved following inspection, The Jaipur Edit may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days following successful inspection and verification.

International Orders

As many The Jaipur Edit creations are produced in limited quantities and shipped internationally under customs and regulatory requirements, international orders are generally considered final sale.

Should a product arrive damaged or an incorrect item be received, we encourage clients to contact us promptly so that our team may review the matter and provide assistance.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and related governmental fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production, personalization, packaging, or dispatch.

Once a creation has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible, particularly in the case of bespoke, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products.

Product Inspection

Should a return be authorized, the product must be returned in its original condition together with all accompanying materials, including:
