Returns & Exchanges

At The Jaipur Edit, we strive to make every return or exchange as simple and hassle-free as possible.

For eligible requests, our team will arrange a pickup from your doorstep whenever service is available in your location. However, in certain areas where a reverse pickup cannot be facilitated by our logistics partners, we kindly request that you self-ship the parcel to our office.

Before dispatching your return, please ensure the product is securely packed. Once shipped, email us the following so our team can verify and process your request smoothly:

• Your shipment Tracking Number (AWB)
• Clear photographs of the packed parcel before dispatch
• Your Order Number
