Availability of delivery service is subject to courier coverage, local regulations, and verification requirements. Customers are requested to verify serviceability of their delivery address during checkout.

The Jaipur Edit reserves the right to decline, cancel, or restrict shipments to certain locations at its sole discretion, including locations that may present logistical, regulatory, security, or customs-related challenges.

At present, a single order cannot be shipped to multiple delivery addresses. Separate orders must be placed for each destination.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other destination-country levies are the sole responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

International shipments are generally dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) or equivalent basis.

Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or regulatory charges may result in shipment delays, returns, abandonment, or destruction by local authorities. Any resulting costs, penalties, return shipping charges, storage fees, or losses shall be borne entirely by the customer.

Shipping fees, customs charges, and import duties are non-refundable.

Customs Inspection

International shipments may be opened, inspected, and resealed by customs authorities or other regulatory agencies.

Packages that have undergone customs inspection may arrive with official inspection markings, labels, or seals. Such inspections do not constitute package tampering and shall not be considered grounds for return, replacement, or compensation.

Risk of Loss & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

If an order cannot be successfully delivered, The Jaipur Edit reserves the right to cancel the order and deduct applicable shipping, handling, payment processing, customs, and administrative charges from any refund amount.

For such products:
